We often miss the clarification of discipleship when quoting the phrase, "You will know the Truth and the Truth will set you free." He says to those who had trusted Him, "If you hold to My teaching, cling tightly to if in faith, you are really My disciples, My apprentices. THEN you will know the Truth...."
There's a little more to the story than just knowing a truth, isn't there? We must know, and know intimately {as only an apprentice can} THE Truth, Jesus Christ.
