When we look at God as He should be viewed, through the lens of Jesus, and we look at Jesus through the lens of the Gospels, what does He have to say to us today? Anything, everything?
If you're answer is "not much, most of what He has to say applies to someone else, in some other place," I would ask, "Are you sure about that?" Are you certain that the Lord of Glory, the King of all Creation, the most brilliant Teacher to every entrance a crowd, has nothing whatsoever to contribute to your life? Is your spirituality Jesus-centred or is it someone-else-centred?
