Most of us who claim the name of Christ seem to live somewhere in the nether-world between denial and Disneyland, a fantasyland of 'how it used to be' or 'what it will become' with little attention paid to real Life in the Here and Now. Yet we know God doesn't deal in unreality, the realm of emotional speculation; He deals with Life as it is, and us as we are... leading us ever forward into the beauty-- under His guidance, goodness, and glory-- it can become.
There are broken lives in a very real world at War all around us. Our Mission as citizens of His Kingdom, is to be the hands, feet, face and voice of Jesus Christ to a world bound in darkness and death.
