Paul in Ephesians 5:18 ff., following the command for every follower of Jesus to "be overwhelmingly influenced by the presence and power of the Spirit," sets forth a series of participles defining and describing what a Spirit-filled Life will look like.
If ours doesn't resemble this, in the least, then it's time to start asking some hard questions about our theology and our lives.
