According to the author of Hebrews, a Community of Christians is supposed to "gather themselves together," assembling under the authority of their King, Jesus Christ, and "encourage one another" for the Day of Christ is drawing near. The command to encourage, to instill courage in the soul, to plant hope within the heart, is laid upon each and every one of us.
