Ephesians 5:26-27 comes to Life for us, showing how Jesus cleanses His Bride-- and each of us as part of Her-- "by the water of the Word," both in redemption and beyond. We also see how to draw near to the Word on a daily basis and let it purify our hearts and minds through an ancient Christian practice called lectio divina or 'sacred reading.'
