In the words of Pete Townsend: "See the new boss, same as the old boss." The same lie which captured this self-centred, self-satisfied, self-absorbed dilettante is the same lie which is destroying the lives, marriages and families of literally millions in the Consumerist Societies of the West. That we can bank on wealth to satisfy our souls, that our paper wealth will last {put a match to it and see how that holds up!}, and that we will live to enjoy it. Maybe... and maybe not.
