What happens when we decide to obey the Word of the Lord in places like Ephesians 4:29-32 and Colossians 3:12-14? A beautiful release... both for the person being forgiven and for the person doing the forgiving.
They get released from the threat of my anger and its vengeful consequences ...I get released from the bitterness and resentment which threatens to consume me.
